This mailing list is for sharing alternative and complimentary approaches for managing HIV/AIDS. It will be used to explore how indivuals use holistic approaches for mind body and spirit as alternative or adjunct therapies to HIV treatments.
This list is not for adverstising or promoting products or services, but simply to explore what works for some individuals in dealing with HIV and/or the side effects of HIV treatments.
This list is also not to debate whether or not HIV is the cause of AIDS. This list's mission is to focus on positive solutions to keep people healthy and strong.
