GNP+ and UNAIDS on behalf of the 2009 HIV/AIDS Implementers' Meeting International Steering Committee are pleased to invite the civil society participants to a pre-meeting of the 2009 HIV/AIDS Implementers' Meeting.

This pre-meeting aims to:

1. Support more effective participation from civil society at the HIV/AIDS Implementers’ Meeting

2. Support increased ownership and leadership from within civil society at the HIV/AIDS Implementers’ Meeting

3. Encourage discussions on topical issues
