Australia urged to scrap HIV travel bans - United Nations AIDS chief Michel Sidibe says Australia should follow the United States and China and remove travel restrictions affecting people who are HIV positive... "I am surprised [by the restrictions] because I think Australia is a model of human rights," said Mr Sidibe.
